Question - has anyone fully implemented an automated CIP solution? What are the pros/cons and limitations of such?
//background - At this moment I'm slowly piecing together the knowledge & vendors needed to do what will hopefully be a keg-size, as-automated-as-possible, full grain brewing & fermenting setup. I'm also trying to do this on the cheap (relatively). My wife will kill me if the budget exceeds $5,000
