Australian ale alcoholic strengh

I will be making a 40 pint batch of Australian ale in the next few weeks, what I'm looking for is the strongest possible alcoholic percentage possible. I have been reading that honey or brown sugar can make it stronger then normal. Any tips on this situation??? And I really don't care how the end product tastes, as long as its fit for human consumption!?!?

A slight misunderstanding, I enjoy brewing a beer but I'm trying to find out how to get a higher alcoholic content. I think I will leave the vodka thanks

You need to brew a bigger beer from the begining. More malt for higher ABV and hops to balance.
