Posted this in the For Sale section, but wanted to call attention to Texas area folks:

I'm parting with my custom 1/2BBL Automated Digital Brewery. It is an amazing system which is essentially sealed, allowing you to put 16G of cooled wort in the fermenter(s), sealed all the way from the HLT. TONS of other stuff in here, please see the attachment for the full listing.

Location: Austin, TX

Selling the full system only, no parting out. I've priced this aggressively.

Hoping to find another brewer that will enjoy this system as much as I have!

Did you ferment in the carboys? Or did you have a 1/2 barrel fermenter at one time? I was looking at a 3bbl system a month ago.

I fermented in 6G carboys, but you could just as easily pump to a larger fermenter and get 20+G of wort!
