Hey, brewing up a belgian trappist ale kit from AHS and it seems to have been going for a while now, Started it on 6/9 and still bubbling today. When should i start to worry?

og 1.082

have not checked the SG, trying to leave it sealed.

Big beers can take awhile. If I put on my helper hat, I would say wait another week and take a reading. If it was me though, I would have broken the seal and taken a gravity reading now.

I brewed an amber ale on 6/15 with an OG of 1.055. It's still bubbling like crazy. I took a reading a couple days ago, and it was only down to 1.030. I also brewed an Irish red with an OG of 1.044 which was done fermenting in 2 days. Different beers take different amounts of time. And the higher the OG, the longer it takes.
