I know the basic differences between these two units - and that either will work in an e-kettle. What I'm wondering is whether anyone has experience w/ both (and an opinion on one or the other)? Specifically, I am wondering whether the 'fuzzy logic' of the 2352 outperforms the 2362 in 'hitting the numbers'.

I have never used a 2352 but I have the 2362 and after reading the manual and doing the auto tune, I have never have had a issue holding or getting to temps or anything going whacky on me. Really simple unit to use, plus I think its cheaper than the 2352. I use it for my RIMS tube if it matters to you.
