I used Assmannhausen yeast in Marechal Foch started Yeast with ferm aid-K and I just don't see a lot of action. I am fermenting 3 separate batches in 3 separate vessels the RC212 is going great guns, but the Assmannhausen is not doing much at all. Should I restart it or just wait?
Thanks, Terry

Apparently that is an actual brand name for yeast! :p

There's a bit of that sort of thing in the German-speaking world. A town in Austria and a German tour bus company both using the effenheimer in their names. (I'll let you Google that on your own.)

Didn't know about the Assmannshausen thing until today.

It's as if there's a Teutonic Bart Simpson out there naming stuff.
