I agree ! But, I do not think that the govt. should intervene. If that is the case all polution should be banned, cars, factories, or anything that could harm someone. Is is a slippery slope.

feedthebear said:I would have prefered and "I agree, ex-smoker" option. Utah's had the smoking ban for at least a decade. Its great. One city has even banned smoking in parks. But that had more to do with the fact that most smokers in that city were leaving their butts in the grass instead of the ash cans.
