Hoping to bottle my fat bumpkin this weekend...it's been conditioning in the secondary for maybe a month or so now, perhaps even a little longer...do I need to do anything to rouse the yeast? Will it carbonate or should I keg it? I wanted to bottle it so I could take it T-day dinners, parties, whatever.
