Arduino controlled fermentation

Has anybody controlled fermentation with an arduino Mega. I have four SS fermenters that have relay controlled heating and cooling, pulse have NTC 10K thermisters, and 5v pressure transducers - need PID control for heating and cooling and SD recording of temps and pressures preferable linked to brewfather.

I use Fermentrack for my fermenter. It runs on a Raspberry Pi and a controller board. Originally that was an arduino, but many have since switched over to other micro-controllers. This is the thread describing the version I've been using.
