Apricot Ale...

Anybody have a good recipe for an apricot ale? If not, any tips on converting an existing ale recipe to an apricot ale (what type of recipe to use as a base, when to add fruit, how much, what form, etc.)? I should mention that I am still an extract brewer due to space constraints...
