Hey guys.
So I tried my hands at the everclear infused Apple pie drink and a hard cider.
Its been a week with the Apple pie drink in sanitized sealed jars and it looks like there's mold growing in them! I'm curious if it actually is mold or just the cinnamon sticks dissolving. Does anyone know?
Also I tried a simple hard cider recipe that my home brew store owner gave me. Just a gallon of cider, yeast nutrient, and champagne yeast. As I racked it to a secondary, I gave it a taste. Its very bitter. And barely any flavor. Can I do anything about this to sweeten it up?
