Apple extract?

As anyone used his to put more apple flavor in there brews?

This site suggests a green apple extract. I've never tried them myself, but seems like it might help cheap store bought juice.

I remember seeing that same website a while back, but also haven't tried the extract yet. Probably will at some future point. Right now my recipe wishlist is already about five deep, though.

a little bit goes a long way, i used some brewers best apple extract in some cider, half the recommended dose for a beer, it was still very over powering and pretty much turned a decent batch of cider into a chugging cider.
