Apollo Hops

I have 4 oz of Apollo wondering what would be a good hop to pair it with or a good extract recipe would be....any suggestions? IPA or a Pale Ale???

They will work with either a pale ale or IPA. I have been using them with Simcoe / Columbus / Centennial blends and it's a nice hop I really dont hear much about but plays well with your typical pale ale hops.

+1 on pairing with Centennial. A buddy/coworker just did an IPA style with this pairing, and it worked out really nice.
