I am about done with my first round of Apfelwein and I was wondering if I could reuse the yeast that is in the fermenter for my honey blond ale that I'm planning on doing next. I've read on here about using spent yeast from beer to make apfelwein but not using the AW yeast in a beer? I am hoping for a little apple flavor to be imparted to the beer.
