I have my second regular batch going. I'm thinking I would love to make a batch that has less alcohol. I love the taste and can see myself drinking a bunch of it on the boat this summer. I can also see myself passing out from it if it was the regular version. Could I make it with less sugar or no sugar to reduce the alcohol content? Would the flavor change much from the original?
