Can someone recommend a recipe for APA from german(Weyermann) malts, batch size 15-16l (4gal)? all grain!
Thank you!

How about Yoopers house pale, just scale it down to 4. Use Weyermann's pale ale in place of her maris otter, and for the crystal pick 2 of their line, say 0.5 lb carahell and 0.5 lb one of the caramunichs. Or you could just pick one, say 0.5 lb of caramunich and call it a day.

Yooper's

I've made 1.9 gallon batches of this a few times. I'm still twiking the recipe. Never had a bad batch. I couldn't get any German yeast so I used the US 05. Gonna change the hops around next time and use more than one type.
