APA dry hop suggestions

Hi guys,

I brewed this APA and I’m looking for advice for the dry hopping.

I have 1 oz of Citra and 1 oz of Centennial hops on hand. I will not order for the moment, so that’s all I can use for dry hopping this batch.
I planned to dry hop using both for 5 days. Will that fit together? Is it too much?

Should go great!

I find 2 ounces is the minimum most people use for dry hopping 5-7 days, so you're set there as well.

sounds good certainly not too much it will give you a lot of flavor and won't end up as bitter as you think. you will get more flavor with out a bag but it will be much harder to filter out after.

FWIW, Dry Hops shouldn't be adding a bitter component at all.

What size was your batch? I usually toss in 2-3 oz for a 5g batch, for 5-7 days. If it's something larger, I'll go 5+ oz in my 12g ferms.
