I looked at the website. There is no reference to what type of hook up to faucets etc. I looks like you would need to carbonate the beer with priming sugar, wait then use an air compressor or something to dispense.

Since the Craigslist poster is offering them for free?????????

They don't look to be optimum for most homebrewer applications. The would require different hardware than most use.
