The Brew Hut / Dry Dock Brewing in Aurora does their annual competition in May around National Homebrew Day. Dry Dock's GABF Silver medal winning brew USS Minnow Mild Ale is also one of this year's [URL=""http://www.beertown.org/events/bigbrew/recipes.html]Big Brew Day[/URL] recipes.
