Not sure if this thread is completely dead, but based on what Jeremy shared and the stats from the bottle I'm sipping now (5.4% ABV and 35 IBUs), I think this should get you pretty close:
5 Gallon Batch figured at 72% efficiency:
Mash at ~150F:
8 lbs 8.0 oz Pale Malt (2 Row)
12.8 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine
6.4 oz Caramunich I (Weyermann) (51.0 SRM)
6.4 oz Munich (Cargill)
1.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min
1.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 30.0 min
1.0 pkg American Ale (Wyeast Labs #1056) (a starter might be a good idea)
1.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Dry Hop 10.0 Days
1.00 oz Crystal [3.50 %] - Dry Hop 10.0 Days
By my calculations this should finish at 5.5% and 32.8 IBUs. The malt ratios are all according to Jeremy's specifications. If anyone brews this let me know how it comes out, please!
