I really like this dopplebock. I've never made this style before and would like to brew something just like Fireman's Brewnette.
There doesn't seem to be much detail out there but according to the website and an interview I read, they use imported hops to 19 IBU and imported chocolate malt. The color is on the dark side for the style (I'd say about 25).
