As part of an order my supplier threw in a pound of Evergreen Infused Cascade.
Anyone heard of or used these before?

Pine Needles Beer!
These would make a good Alaskan Winter Ale

Two things come to mind with me:
a) people brew with sprucetips all the time (spruce is an evergreen)
b) a lot of hops have a pine character to them (chinook, simcoe)
