Hey,
Tried to brew a stout, after 3 weeks opened the bucket to find this. Anybody knows if the beer's ruined? Should I toss it?


 
No don't dump it. Take a sample to see how it tastes. Perhaps siphon a sample with a throw away tube to prevent cross contamination in later brews.
