10 gal batch

8.5# Pilsen malt
8.5# White Wheat
2.5# Crystal 60L
Mashed @ ~145 (accidentally) for 60 min

.5 oz citra 60 min
.5 oz citra 15 min
1 oz cascade 5 min

Og 1.050 at 75% efficiency

Pitched half with s-04 and half with wyeast 1272 american 2

Anyone ever do something close to this? This was the first recipe I've ever just kind of threw together out of what I had to work with, planned to use glacier instead of cascade, then found some cascade in my fridge, the crystal 60 was a why not addition too (lhbs had already milled it for me before I found out they were out of centennial, cascade, and 2 row.....), anyways just seeing if anyone had some thoughts on it. I'm gonna call it "Identity Crisis"
