I am thinking of making a 10 gallon batch vs my usual 5 gallons and add fruit puree to half of it. I have a unitank and typically I add dry hops, cold crash, drop trub then carb via the carb stone before transferring to keg. Any reason I can't follow that process for the first 5 gallons then add fruit puree to the tank for the final 5 gallons even though it will already be cold and carbed?
