Any possibilities?

I was looking through some of my leftover ingredients and was hoping to use up some of them. I realize I do not have enough at hand to make beer without buying some additional ingredients but I wanted some input as to what beers could be made with what I have. Thanks.

As of now I have: nearly 1 lb of UK chocolate malt, nearly 1 lb of UK black malt, approx. 1/2 lb of crystal 60, maltodextrin, approx. 2/3 lb of wheat DME, and approx. 1/3 lb of amber DME.

Any suggestions???

Pick up some more DME and rolled oats, throw together a chocolate oatmeal stout.

Get up to 4lbs Amber DME, use 1/2# of each chocolate and black malt and hop with Fuggles or EKG to ~30IBU

Oh, and add 1/2# of flaked oats
