I wanted to build a beer filter system, but I have this for my wine do you think it will work and not oxygenate the beer??

Hard to see for sure but it looks like the liquid just drops into the second carboy which would oxidize.

Would purging the second carboy (or keg, etc) with CO2 help alleviate or even eliminate oxidation?
