Any lobster beer recipes? 2 gallon, w/ extracts and few hops

I went diving and caught 2 spiny lobsters(cm pass legal) in size. I am interested in brewing a 2 or 4 gallon batch using extracts and few type of hops and pellet. Any guidance? Would I boiled to extract juices from the lobster and use that water to mash and boil?
 
I watched a Brew Dudes episode and they collaborated with a brewer to make a unique 5 gallon batch of beer with lobster. They did not mash with it, but rather boiled the lobsters the last 10-15 minutes. I think they used 2 lobsters in the 5 gal recipe. I'm sure you can find the video of this episode somewhere online.

Afterwards you'll have fresh lobster to eat! Good luck!

You could try googling dogfishhead choc lobster stout. I had it at the gabf this year and it wasn't all that bad. This is coming from someone who does not eat any shellfish and hardly any seafood.
 
As BeerLoverHere stated, I'd put them in the boil only.

There is a history of using shell fish in beer. I was just looking into doing an "oyster stout" which is something that's been around for about a century. The only flavor you're going to get is a salty / mineral type of flavor but that will pair really well with eating some type of shellfish. Try looking up an oyster stout recipe and using the lobster in the same manner as the oysters. That should give you what you need.
 
To each his own, but the idea of adding lobster juice to beer sounds...well, I think I'm going to be sick. And don't get me be wrong, I like beer (see below) and I like lobster, and I love beer with my lobster. I've even cooked my lobster in beer, but I wouldn't drink it.

I also like brats and beer, I like brats cooked in beer, but I wouldn't like brat flavored beer. Now some would I imagine...
 
You learn something new every day. Sorry OP, but I opened this thread thinking I'd see some replies like "WHAT??!?!" and I ended up learning that you could use shellfish in beer. Thanks for that!

Funny, right? Here's the amusing part about using oysters in brewing stouts: the shells of the oysters are used in the procedure because they are composed of a lot of Calcium Carbonate which will help the mash pH when using heavily roasted grains. Check out this article for an interesting read.
