Want to make a 11-12 gallon batch, preferably an ESB. I have the following ingredients:
40 Lbs Maris Otter
2 LBS Carpils
2 lbs 40L Carmel Crystal
1 lb 20L Carmel Crystal
1 lb Victory
4 oz chocolate
Hops: East Kent Goldings & Tettnangers ( plenty)
Yeast 3 pkg Muntons
Any suggestions?
