Any ideas what I can make with this?

Want to make a 11-12 gallon batch, preferably an ESB. I have the following ingredients:
40 Lbs Maris Otter
2 LBS Carpils
2 lbs 40L Carmel Crystal
1 lb 20L Carmel Crystal
1 lb Victory
4 oz chocolate

Hops: East Kent Goldings & Tettnangers ( plenty)
Yeast 3 pkg Muntons

Any suggestions?

I think you could make a decent brown ale with what you have.

8 lbs Marris Otter
1 lbs Carapils
.25 lbs Chocolate Malt
1.5 oz EKG 60 mins
1 oz Tettnagers 10 mins
British Ale Yeast ( don't know if you have it)
