Any idea what these white dots on the inside of the fermenter are?

Hello,
New here just wondering if anyone knows what these are. Its been fermenting for 2 weeks and i just need to know if its safe to drink. Lol

Just looks like some residual yeast from the krausen (foam from fermentation). Perfectly safe.
Thank you! I appreciate it. Also, if i wait another week to bottle (so three weeks in the fermenter total) do you think it would be okay? The recipe called for 2 weeks in the fermenter then bottle...

Agreed, it's probably residual yeast. If it's mold, then the white spots (colonies) should grow and increase in size over the course of a few days. If they don't, it's yeast or other Krausen components.

Looks like a one gallon batch of beer, right?

As mentioned, probably just residual yeast.

For the most part, I let all my small batches go for three weeks. Might be done earlier, but it gives the yeast some time to clean up after themselves and it ensures that they are done and FG has been met. If it is a one gallon batch, you really don't want to waste any of the wort taking a hydrometer sample. That's a big waste for such a small batch.

Thank you all! I really appreciate everyones help and advice. I am going to bottle this weekend but do not have high hopes for thos beer. Lol. It is a one gallon batch. Looking forward to my next batch already! This website seems very helpful. Thanks again

I brought it up from the basement. Theres also a bunch of stuff floating in it and looks like mold on the surface of the wort
