Hello,
New here just wondering if anyone knows what these are. Its been fermenting for 2 weeks and i just need to know if its safe to drink. Lol
Thank you! I appreciate it. Also, if i wait another week to bottle (so three weeks in the fermenter total) do you think it would be okay? The recipe called for 2 weeks in the fermenter then bottle...Just looks like some residual yeast from the krausen (foam from fermentation). Perfectly safe.
