I there any good digital thermostats that people are using?
Yes sorry thermometerDo you mean thermometers? I'm curious about that myself. I'm getting ready for my very first brew and it's only a gallon so my current cooking thermometer should suffice for the boil. Once I graduate to 5 gallons I expect I'm going to want something more robust.
Also, I'm interested in a device to record the temperature over time during fermentation. Devices I'm finding for sale start just under $100 and because I'm a bit of a hobbyist I'm considering building my own. I found an example of a guy who did a similar project for about $15.

I’m a dumb ass and meant thermometerThermometer measures temperature, thermostat takes actions to maintain a constant/defined temperature. Inkbird is one of the thermostat brands that are used to regulate temperature, but there are many more. There are a lot of threads about both thermometers and thermostats (some of which are able to record values) if you perfoem a forum search.
