Any brewers in the Red Hook/Rhinebeck area?

I am very new to Home brew and am trying to learn as much as I can. I figure a good way to start is by seeing how strong the local home brew community is in my area.

Bunch of brewers in the area. im sure youve been to Barley Hops and Grapes in Redhook. Tom will steer you right.

Hudson Valley Homebrewers is local club that meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month in Poughkeepsie. February meeting is at Halftime. http://hvhomebrewers.com/ its pretty informal, just show up and taste some beers (bring some homebrew if you have it).

Awesome thank you. I have been there. I actually just got my first kit/ ingredients kit plus took his class a couple weeks ago. I figured this forum would be another cool way to get to know some fellow brewers in the area that have more experience than me.
