Just got a corona mill and made a bag so I want to try my hand at BIAB. Wanting to make a simple pale ale with some leftover hops from another recipe to get a feel for the system and came up with this. Let me know if you see any big issues here. Should I add an oz or two of acid malt?

5.25 lbs (87.5%) pale 2 row
0.5 lbs (8.3%) Munich
0.25 lbs (4.2%) Carafoam
WLP001 California Ale Yeast
1 Whirifloc tablet @ 15 min
1/4 oz Simcoe @ 60 min
1/4 oz Amarillo @ 15 min
1.4 oz Citra @ 5 min
1/4 oz Citra @ 0 min
1/2 oz Amarillo dry hop 7 days

Mash 4.51 gallons at 152 F for 60 min

Pre-boil Volume - 3.6 gal
Post-boil Volume - 2.5 gal
Estimated OG - 1.056
Estimated FG - 1.014
Estimated IBU - 42
Estimated ABV - 5.6%
Estimated SRM - 6.4

Looks good. With BIAB don't be afraid to crush the grains very fine. You'll get better efficiency and don't have to worry about a stuck sparge.

Acid malt would be used specifically to adjust your mash pH. I've found that the mash pH requires more acid adjustment with BIAB brewing vs. the "standard" 1.2 qt/lb mashes, because of the thinner mash and resultant less buffering, etc. But, if you're not sure of your starting point, then you're flying blind if you start guessing. Long answer short, no, don't worry about adding any acid malt unless you have the capability of checking your mash pH.
