Any one got a good all grain recipe that is simple to make, with out having to buy a whole lot of different grains at my LHBS?

Not quite as simple as a SMaSH, but a Hefeweizen can be pretty simple too:
50/50 (or 60/40) wheat malt/pilsner malt. Mash at 68C.
One variety of hop for a 60 min addition (maybe do a 20 min one too if you want a bit of hop flavour.)
Pitch a good hefe yeast and you're all set.

Edworts Haus Ale, it will be in the American pale ale section in the recipe database, halfway down the main page, good luck.:mug:
