Don't buy anything assuming you're going to be brewing extract even by the end of this year. Brewing 100% grain in an all in one is like making bread in a bread maker and it's almost always upside judging by what percentage of brewers stick with it. Sure, there are some stories about people going back, but it's a tiny percentage.
