A little about my self... Never really liked beer until I went to WI and drunk some Hefes and fell in love! Came back to Va couldn't find any beer that wasn't being over advertised on tv, then I found a LHBS that has imports. Sampled several styles and realized beer could be good dark, light, and in between. I had been a victim of big beer my whole life!! I bought a dreaded Mr Beer and made a extract Hefe tasted good. Jumped all in and upgraded to AG. I like beer but I'm more fasinated by the art of brewing. I know I'll be sharing alot just to get to another batch. First AG was a gruit just goes to show I like brewing weird..lol May even try a Gose?
