It's been over a year since I've had the opportunity to brew. The year prior I brewed quite a few kids, and I'd always doctor them up a bit...
This time around I'm going from recipes I find and adding my own touches to get the feel for it.
I do extract or partial mash brews, and look forward to going all-grain someday. Ideally, I'd want to eventually open a brew-pub somewhere around here, but who knows...probably a pipe dream.
Just a little about me...I'm 27 years old, been married for 2 years now and we have a beautiful 5 month old daughter, Jolene.
(specifically we're in West Haven, CT)
