My name is Curtis and I am new to brewing. I started with a 1 gallon brew kit and have since advanced to a 5 gallon kit. First 1 gallon batch didn't quite turn out (ethanol flavors after 4 weeks in bottle) but my second 5 gallon APA batch seems to be moving along nicely. It's been in the bottle for about ten days now and I will post a thread when it's in the glass.
