Hello from Northeastern Cal. I want to thank all the members for all of the endless helpful information on this forum. I've been brewing for awhile, mainly partial mash but broke into A/G a couple months ago. Have brewed 6 batches successfully since going A/G. This is my first post since joining this forum but have not had to post questions as I have found everything I needed (so-far) by using the search feature. By cruising the threads its apparent that if I can't find what I need, someone here will have the info. Again, just saying hey and thanks.
