I like the image composite, but I'm not a huge fan of the font. It really doesn't suite the imagery.

Dafont.com might have some more suitable font choices.
 
The logo on the second one looks a lot better. I would use a simple font for the text at the bottom. Too much of a novelty font looks a little too busy.

it looks good but the tagline is a bit long. look at most microbrew labels, they have shorter tags that dont' take up that much space on the label.

i'd take out the first line of the tag especially since you already have the word hop-tomic in the title.
 
I like that pic and name. I agree with a shorter tag line, like" Nuke your taste buds with a citra bomb!"
