Hi guys, our names our Matt and Anthony.
Another couple of homebrewers from St Louis here. We have been brewing for about 4 months now and actually just started our first all grain brew today.

This "hobby" is quickly turning into a small addiction and we are always looking to add new knowledge, techniques, and all the help we can get!
