I went into my LHBS to get some Fermcap-s but they dont carry it. They did say that they just got something similar to it though. It is Anti-Foam made by dow corning. It came in a little 5g pack. How should I use this. Do you just put it in at the beginning of the boil or what?

when I used extract I put it in a few drops just before adding the extract. I guess you may need some just before adding hops.

I use 5 drops after pitching the yeast (5 gallon batches) but don't use a blow off tube. It has worked great.
