Hi all, I have looked all over the web for any information or clone for a Stones Delicious IPA recipe. I don't want to replicate exactly the beer but I enjoy the light tropical summery flavors it showcases.

I would like to make a beer that is more of a session IPA style, dialing in the ABV % to around 6%. I don't have all that much two row left so I may blend a slight amount of Pilsen Malt into the mix. Here is the recipe and what I came up with for a 7-gallon version:

5.19 kg CHÂTEAU PALE ALE (8.5 EBC) 70.9 %
1.00 kg CHÂTEAU PILSEN 6RW (3.5 EBC) 13.7 %
0.45 kg CHÂTEAU CARA RUBY® (50.0 EBC) 6.2% (substitute for Crystal 20L)
0.34 kg Munich Malt - 10L (19.7 EBC) 4.6%
0.34 kg Wheat, Flaked (3.2 EBC) For head retention 4.6%

21.26 g Magnum [12.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min
28.35 g Calypso [13.00 %] - Boil 15.0 min
14.17 g El Dorado [15.00 %] - Boil 15.0 min
14.17 g Lemondrop [6.00 %] - Boil 15.0 min
28.35 g Calypso [13.00 %] - Boil 5.0 min
28.35 g Lemondrop [6.00 %] - Boil 5.0 min
14.17 g El Dorado [15.00 %] - Boil 5.0 min
28.35 g Calypso [13.00 %] - Dry Hop 4.0 Days
28.35 g Lemondrop [6.00 %] - Dry Hop 4.0 Days

Total IBU's (BeerSmith) = 67
O.G = 1.061
Est ABV = 6%

Does anybody have an opinion on the above ingredients and if this would turn out a good brew? I'm going to brew this today and would love some suggestions. Thanks all!

I did one awhile back. The beer is essentially mostly pale malt with some Munich and Vienna.
It's 100% dryhopped with Eldorado with lemon drop Eldorado and calypso in the boil.

I don't think the recipe is far off but 6% ABV is not what most would consider within the range of session IPA.

You didn't search hard enough for the recipe. Several of their recipes were published in one of the brewing magazines.

Oops, sorry - I missed you wanted the 'Delicious' IPA.
