Does anyone have any experience with the Mike's American Amber Ale kit from MoreBeer? -- http://morebeer.com/view_product/18428/103528/Mikes_American_Amber_Ale_-_Extract_Beer_Kit

I just got it in the mail yesterday and it seems pretty straight forward:
-8lbs LME
-crystal 40 + chocolate grain
-Northern brewer and Cascade Hops
-California Ale Yeast.

I'm hoping to kick this one up a notch. Any suggestions??
