The topic says it all! Do you have any recommendations about how much Nottingham I should pitch into 2,5-3 gallons of apple juice/cider? I would like it to get the job done without overpitching. Thanks!

I use half a packet (abt 2 teaspoons) to 5.5 gallons on a regular basis and its consistently more than enough.

Maybe I overpitched but I couldn't figure out that I would do with the other half so I just pitched a full packet on 3.2 gal. It seems to be fermenting fine, although no violently like I have seen beer do when it really takes off.
