Amount of Metabisulphite in kit

Does anyone know how much metabisulphite is supposed to be added to the Eclipse Lodi Ranch Cab Kit? I believe I lost the package that came with the kit and haven't been able to find out how much needs to be added.

At bottling? Add 1/4 teaspoon of the powdered k-meta (for 6 gallons). Or, six crushed campden tablets for the 6 gallons.
