I'm planning on brewing an amber ale tomorrow (Sunday) but still haven't decided on a recipe yet. I have looked at the recipes in brewing classic styles and how to brew and some on here. If anyone has brewed a few can they recommend one?
I have most grains and hops available so that shouldn't be a problem.
Thanks in advance...

Thanks for the suggestions (and the grammar correction ;) both look good with a
German twist. Ill let you know which one I brew up.

I always have liked to and have had positive results with tossing .25-.50 lb of brown sugar at 30-15 minutes left in boil. Adds a unique characteristic to the beer. Usually use dark brown sugar

You do better than a lot of native English speakers I know!

:)

Just, please, don't get caught in the trap of using "of" where you mean "have", just because they sound similar.

;)
