Hey Everyone,
This is my first post to the forum, and I was curious about the effects of leaving the hop and heat/cold break residues in the wort would have on my final beer. I'm brewing entirely on extract for my first few batches, and poured all of these proteins right into my primary. Should I be terribly concerned?
Next, I just moved to North Augusta, so if there is a good local brew club around here I could get in touch with, I'd really appreciate finding a way to get in contact with them. Thanks everyone! Glad to join up here.
