Well... we're going for it... it's 5-6 weeks till St. Patricks Day. Our first and second batches are almost done bottle conditioning... But for the sake of having better beer we're not opening ANY till St. Patrick's Day... This truly has to be the greatest restraint ever involving homebrew... We only pop 'em to test carbonation... But all i can think about is having all 25 gallons of alcohol for St Patty's and how far away it is, and how good the ones we popped to test were... man i'm shaking like a crack head having withdraw problems.
