Anybody else see this? Wow. The price was only 3500??? How is that possible. Really cool brew house.

Well, the structure was already in place, he just remodeled it. Even so, I suspect it came to more than $3500 with everything. He easily could have spent that on the brewing equipment alone, not to mention the bar/lounge area.

That doesn't mean it costed $3,500, just means how much he has put into it. He proably had a lot of the stuff already.
